Chris Cox serves as Chief Development Officer for PsychPlus, where he focuses on strategic growth, business development, operational alignment, and expanding access to high-quality behavioral health services. He brings more than three decades of leadership experience across behavioral health, recovery services, operations, sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Throughout his career, Chris has led organizational turnarounds, built scalable operating structures, improved financial performance, and developed teams through a people-first leadership approach. Passionate about recovery, service, and helping others become the best version of themselves, Chris combines strategic execution with a deep commitment to mission-driven care.
