John Hollinsworth

John Hollinsworth is an experienced Healthcare executive with a demonstrated history of success working in the Hospital and Healthcare Industry. Before his retirement in 2024, John served as the Executive Vice President of Operations and led the operations team for Acadia Healthcare. Prior to joining Acadia, he served in multiple positions at Universal Health Services including Senior Vice President and Division President.
Prior to joining Universal Health Services John was a Division President with Psychiatric Solutions. He also served as a leader for Ten Broeck Hospitals, holding a variety of leadership roles.
John earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of South Carolina. He also held a Certification in Public Accounting for over 20 years.
John is currently a board member of the Jason Foundation. He is a previous board member of the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare, Kentucky Hospital Association, and YMCA Safe Place (Louisville, KY).
