Michael Marturiello
Chief Financial Officer
Michael Marturiello is a dynamic and experienced healthcare executive with 22+ years of expertise in optimizing Finance operations including Accounting, Revenue Cycle Management, FP&A, Budgeting, FinTech, HR and other aspects of healthcare organizations. Michael currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at PsychPlus.
Michael has built many high-performance finance teams and has served as an executive strategic partner in the Private Practice, Managed Care and Hospital side of the healthcare realm.
Most recently Michael led the largest Anesthesiology and Pain Management private practice in the Northeast. In addition to this, Michael has built and sold numerous MSO’s in the past specializing in Finance – Accounting, Auditing, Budgeting, FP&A, Financial systems implementation, Revenue Cycle Management – ERP, Billing, Contracting, Credentialing, D/B building and General Management.
Michael is a hands-on financial expert that leads by powering transformation and by seizing process improvement opportunities to unlock great productivity, accuracy in reporting and savings as well as risk management.
Michael’s education includes a BA in Business Administration from St. Josephs College as well as an MBA from the University of Phoenix. In addition, Michael is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) which he attained at NYU.
Michael enjoys coaching hockey with his Daughter and Son on Long Island while also being a Corvette enthusiast.
