Shelby Jo Simpson is a high-impact healthcare administrator serving as PsychPlus’ Chief Operating Officer, where she leads daily operations, international expansion, workforce strategy, and enterprise-wide operational excellence.
Shelby first joined PsychPlus in 2022 and quickly proved herself as a mission-critical leader. Rising from administrative and HR functions to COO, she has built and scaled the operational backbone that supports PsychPlus’ rapidly growing footprint. Known for her ability to stabilize chaos, build systems from the ground up, and lead with both rigor and heart, Shelby is an indispensable driver of PsychPlus’ transformation into a modern, tech-enabled behavioral health organization.
Shelby’s educational background includes studies at the University of Houston Bauer College of Business, complemented by additional coursework at the Chicago Booth Executive School of Business.
Her diverse experiences across Louisiana, Colorado, and South Texas provide her with a broad perspective crucial for navigating complex healthcare environments. Beyond her professional endeavors, Shelby finds joy in soccer, playing the piano, and cherishing moments with her golden retriever, Maui.
